In Yorkshire, we know about value for money!

At Knabbs Ash, we provide a high level of comfort and service at very competitive rates. It is most unlikely that other bed and breakfast establishments in the Harrogate area can offer the same high standards at a lower rate.

Bed & Breakfast £40.00 - £42.50

The price for a single night stay is £42.50 per person. For stays of two or more nights the rate reduces to £40.00 per person per night.

These rates are per person per night, based on two people sharing a twin or double room. Prices include a full English breakfast.

For single occupancy in a double or twin en-suite room, the charge is £55 - £60 per night.

Special weekly rates may be available - please ask.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque. We are sorry that we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.

Deposits & Cancellations

A non-returnable deposit may be requested at time of booking.

In the unfortunate situation where a booking has to be cancelled, notice must be given in writing at least one week before your arrival date.

If the required notice period is given, and we are able to re-let the room, then we will return an appropriate proportion of the deposit.

If the booking is cancelled or curtailed for what ever reason without meeting the notice period, then the full charge per room (minus a cost for breakfast) will be due.
