Colin & Sheila welcome you to Knabbs Ash bed and breakfast, a small holding set in beautiful peaceful countryside on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire dales, only a short drive from the beautiful floral town of Harrogate. Our B&B has a warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere which makes for the perfect location for a break away from it all.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our three en-suite rooms, which are tastefully decorated and enhanced with quality furnishings. We have a guest sitting room with fire for those chilly evenings, flatscreen TV, and lots of interesting literature to help you plan your day.
Wake up in the morning to far reaching views over the open countryside and the sound of song birds singing & the sound of nature.
Breakfast is served in our bright & sunny dining room where you will find a good choice to whet everyone's appetite. Food is very important to us and we use only locally sourced ingredients when cooking your freshly prepared breakfast, homemade preserves and delicious free range eggs from our own happy hens.

As a small holding with our own animals, Knabbs Ash unfortunately cannot allow pets. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate children under 10 years old.
